The Next Development
We are not limited to the electronic component field, but will take on new challenges in other fields, utilizing our progressive die design and manufacturing, press product production, and die component manufacturing technologies. We would like to bring our processing technology to a variety of fields, including medical, aviation, and space-related fields.
We will continue to improve our design and manufacturing of progressive dies for stamping parts in the electronics field, digital products, automotive electrical components, lighting equipment, etc., as well as the production and quality control of stamped products.
Our specialty is progressive die prototyping for product realization. We accept projects that require trial and error in production.
We manufacture experimental molds for academic research. We also undertake experimental production, data collection, and production technology provision. (We have a track record with a certain university's Institute of Industrial Science.)
Through data collection and technical follow-up on metal processing, mold design and manufacturing, and production technology, we will expand our network not only within Japan but also around the world, with an eye toward the development of our company for our customers, employees, and society.
