Activities and initiatives for the SDGs

New initiatives to combat resource depletion
Our company has been implementing various environmental conservation initiatives since adopting ISO14001 in 2007. Among these, we have achieved our goal of reducing paper usage, and in terms of reducing electricity consumption, we have replaced all lights in the factory with LEDs, replaced air conditioning equipment with energy-saving models that do not pollute the air, and reduced and effectively utilized all electricity used for power generation.
In a situation where global-scale environmental conservation measures are required as a corporate philosophy, we took the opportunity of the revision of ISO14001 in 2015 to review the environmental aspects related to our company, formulated an environmental process as an initiative to combat resource depletion, and are working to conserve the environment by thoroughly implementing reduce, reuse, and recycle.Based on this experience and track record, we are conducting business activities with consideration for the global and natural environment, in line with the SDGs' "Cherish the Environment."
